Waveman

The WaveMan Interface links the Advanced Visualizer from Wavefront Technologies with the enhanced imaging capabilities of PhotoRealistic RenderMan from Pixar. The user designs an animation just as he/she always has, using the Wavefront's MODEL and PREVIEW modules. The WaveMan program then replaces the Wavefront Image program for the final rendering of the image. The program reads the standard Wavefront geometry and motion (.pv) files and uses the PhotoRealistic RenderMan software to generate the final image. The interface fully supports Wavefront options as well as providing access to RenderMan's capabilities and shader language.
